Had a wonderful weekend at a hotel in Vietnam. the rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. the staff were cheerful and helpful at all times. Location was close to an amazing array of shops and restaurants as well as the best places in town to do some sightseeing. the breakfast was delicious with a selection of fresh and tasty meals to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Apart from this, we had a great overall experience.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights. We were very pleased with the service. Staffs were very friendly. The only problem I had was our bathroom. It was ok but for the 4 stars rate. Conveniently, there's a restaurant nearby where you can grab a bite to eat 👍. the airport is just 16 miles away from here for easy travel access.

Touristic places like xuan huong lake were right by our hotel. It was definitely 3 stars for us. We greatly enjoyed this property. Location, a short walk to all attractions...

The rooms are really clean and big.

Believe me you can find better hotel for this price. When we stayed in it it was empty despite of the high season. Personell can hardly speak English

The Hotel is very new so it gave a pleasant feeling and its location is good!

We stayed in the 4th floor where the wirelss signal is very weak. When we took shower water from the bad tube run all over floor, very disturbing! We got the information from Booked.net for paying 15 USD for the extra bed but the staff there asked us to pay 20 USD due to the incorrect given information, we thought it was not nice. Anyway, we wouldn't come back to this hotel if we could find a room in other hotel because for us the hotel is below 4 star hotel level (the room, breakfast and service)!

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to walk to local attractions and markets. it is situated right across from two nightclubs for those interested in nightlife. Rooms are adequately clean and well-prepared , and come with comfortable beds and beautiful views.

The hotel's breakfast could benefit from some improvement.

Limited variety for breakfast, couple of days breakfast was a la carte as we were the only guests in the hotel. Asked for wake up call....never received. No in room safe...could leave items at front desk but this is very in convienent for computers, etc.

We had an amazing stay close to central markets in the centre of this city. The big window in our room provided a great view of the street. The location was perfect and very close to the restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We had a great breakfast every morning and the hotel facilities were fantastic.

Breakfast - they offer a lot of food , but low quality Room - I found a cockroach Check out - they tried to charged me a bottle of water from the minibar that I didn't consume. Besides, when you check out , reception stuff call room service to check the room while you have to wait... Quite unpleasant It is very expensive for what they offer

Lovely big rooms with big windows. Cosy feel to the rooms with a fan if it gets to hot. Good location with eating options and cafes nearby. Really good hot and powerful shower, with lovely fluffy thick towels to dry yourself with. Lovey comfortable pillows.

Breakfast was very poor with little western options. Staffs English was not very good so a little unhelpful. There is no ventilation in the rooms so when you have a shower all the steam stays in the bathroom or into the room.

Spent Xmas here and had a good time! Really liked the big room with the comfy bed and the bathroom had hot water. The location was great, close to the markets and easy to get around. loved the breakfast with a nice selection of food to choose from.

The service could have been better. Staff weren't very helpful when asked questions and didn't seem interested in helping guests.

the staff is so unfriendly and helpful I don't mind their poor English but it just feels they feel they are doing you a favor answering your questions. There was no greeting when I arrived the hotel at all. The lady doing the morning shift was alright but the guy and girl at night shift were terrible. Won't go back again

I recently stayed at this venue and I must say, I was very impressed. The location is fantastic, as it is very close to the market and restaurants. I loved the fact that my room had a big window that overlooked the street. It was a great way to soak in the atmosphere of the city.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions in the center.
